The TRX Suspension Training System utilizes your body weight and gravity to provide a challenging and effective workout. The intensity of exercises can be adjusted by changing your body angle relative to the anchor point.

Basic Usage Principles:

  • Atunse Resistance: Moving your feet closer to the anchor point increases resistance, making the exercise more challenging. Moving your feet further away decreases resistance, making it easier.
  • Iduroṣinṣin: Maintain a stable core throughout all exercises. The TRX system inherently engages your core for stabilization.
  • Fọọmu to tọ: Always prioritize correct form over the number of repetitions or intensity. Refer to the included workout guide or the TRX Training Club App for proper exercise execution.
