Before first use, ensure all packaging materials are removed and components are clean. Follow these steps to set up your NuWave Oven:

  1. Place the Base Tray on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
  2. Insert the Liner Pan into the Base Tray.
  3. Place the Cooking Rack inside the Liner Pan. The rack is reversible, offering 1-inch or 4-inch height options for different cooking needs.
  4. Carefully place the food to be cooked on the Cooking Rack.
  5. Position the Dome over the Liner Pan and Cooking Rack, ensuring it sits securely on the Base Tray.
  6. Place the Power Head on top of the Dome, aligning it properly. The Power Head is designed to fit snugly.
  7. If cooking larger items, such as a 16 lb. turkey, place the 3-inch Extender Ring between the Base Tray and the Dome to increase oven capacity.

The NuWave Oven's digital keypad allows for precise control over your cooking. Here are general steps for operation:

  1. Ensure the oven is properly assembled and plugged in.
  2. Press the "Cook Time" button on the Power Head.

  4. Press the "Start" button to begin the cooking cycle. The oven will immediately begin heating and cooking.
  5. Monitor food progress through the transparent dome.
  6. For even cooking, especially with thicker items like steaks, you may need to pause the cooking cycle, carefully lift the Power Head and Dome, turn the food, and then replace the Dome and Power Head before resuming cooking.
  7. Once cooking is complete, the oven will automatically shut off. Carefully remove the Power Head and Dome using the Dome Holder for safe placement.
  8. Use oven mitts to remove the hot Liner Pan and Cooking Rack with your cooked food.
