Step 1: Lay Out Your Parts

Unpack all components and lay them out on a clear, flat surface. Identify the two base legs, the crossbar, and the two frame bars. Locate the two J-hooks with their wing nuts.

Step 2: Attach Crossbar into Base Legs

Insert the ends of the crossbar into the designated openings on the two base legs. Ensure they are fully seated.

Step 3: Attach Frame Bar to Leg Base

Connect each frame bar to the top of its corresponding leg base. Secure these connections using the provided hand-tightened bolts.

Step 4: Attach J-Hook to Frame Bar

Insert a J-hook into the desired height adjustment hole on each frame bar. Secure it with the wing nut, ensuring it is tightened firmly.

Step 5: Attach Hammock to J-Hook on Frame Bar

Drape the hammock fabric over the J-hooks on both frame bars. Ensure the hammock is evenly distributed and securely resting on the hooks.
