A red LED light indicates that your headphones are charging. A green LED light indicates a full charge. A full charge typically takes about 2 hours and provides approximately 8 hours of playtime. A 30-minute charge can provide about 90 minutes of play.

  1. Ensure your headphones are within 1 meter (3 feet) of your device.

4.1. Comply Premium Sport Memory Foam Ear Tips

Your X2 buds include three pairs of premium Comply foam ear tips (small, medium, large). These memory foam tips expand to provide a custom fit, excellent noise isolation, and comfort.

  1. Place the foam tips over the speaker housing.
  2. Once securely in place, roll the foam between your thumb and finger to compress it.
  3. Insert the compressed foam tip into your ear.
  4. Hold in place for 15-30 seconds while the foam expands to create a custom seal.

4.2. Secure-Fit Ear Fins

The X2 buds come with patented ergonomic Secure-Fit Ear Fins in various sizes to ensure they stay in place during activity.

  1. Slide the Secure-Fit Ear Fins all the way back onto the buds, behind the locking ridge.
  2. Rotate each bud so the tip of the ear fin fits into the top of the bowl of each ear. The fins should fit snugly.

4.3. Over/Under-Ear Fit Options

You can wear your X2 buds either under your ears (traditional fit) or over your ears for an advanced fit that keeps the cord off the back of your neck. Silicone ear tips are also provided as an alternative to the foam tips.
