  7. Flip Crepe: Using a non-metallic spatula, carefully flip the crepe and cook for another 30-60 seconds on the other side, or until golden brown.
  8. Remove Crepe: Slide the cooked crepe onto a plate. Repeat the process for remaining batter.
  9. Agbara Pa: Once finished, turn the On/Off switch to the "Off" position and unplug the appliance from the outlet.

Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your HARPER HCE10 Crêpière.
