- Connect Vibrator: Connect the ultrasonic vibrator cable securely to the designated port on the main control unit.
- Asopọ agbara: Ensure the POWER switch is in the "OFF" position. Connect the power cord to the main control unit and then to a grounded AC100V, 50/60Hz power outlet.
- Ayẹwo akọkọ: Before first use, visually inspect the vibrator tip for any damage or wear.
5. Awọn ilana Iṣiṣẹ
Always ensure the vibrator tip is immersed in the sample liquid before starting operation to prevent damage from dry running.
- Mura Sample: Gbe sample in an appropriate vessel. Ensure the vessel is suitable for ultrasonic treatment and can withstand the energy generated.
- Immerse Vibrator: Carefully immerse the tip of the ultrasonic vibrator into the sample liquid. Ensure the tip is sufficiently submerged but not touching the bottom or sides of the vessel.
- Agbara Tan: Turn the POWER switch to the "ON" position. The MONITOR display should illuminate.
- Yan Ipo:
- For continuous operation, set the selector to "CONSTANT".
- For intermittent operation controlled by the hand pulser, set the selector to "HAND".
- Adjust TUNE: Slowly adjust the TUNE knob until the MONITOR display shows the highest stable reading, indicating optimal resonance.
- Set OUTPUT: Adjust the OUTPUT knob to the desired ultrasonic power level. The system will automatically control the output to maintain a constant amplitude.
- Start Homogenization:
- In "CONSTANT" mode, homogenization will start immediately.
- In "HAND" mode, press and hold the switch on the hand pulser to start homogenization. Release the switch to stop.
- Ilana Atẹle: Observe the homogenization process. Adjust OUTPUT or TUNE as necessary.
- Ipari: Once homogenization is complete, turn the OUTPUT knob to minimum, then turn the POWER switch to "OFF".
- Clean Vibrator: Carefully remove the vibrator from the sample and clean it immediately according to the maintenance instructions.
6. Itọju
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your SMT Ultrasonic Homogenizer UH-50.
- Cleaning the Vibrator Tip: After each use, thoroughly clean the vibrator tip to prevent sample residue buildup. Use appropriate cleaning agents for the materials being processed. Rinse with distilled water and dry completely.
- Ninu Ẹka Akọkọ: Wipe the exterior of the main control unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or allow liquids to enter the unit.
- Ayewo: Periodically inspect the vibrator tip, cable, and connectors for any signs of wear, damage, or corrosion. Replace damaged parts immediately.
- Ibi ipamọ: Tọ́jú ẹ̀rọ náà sí ibi tí ó mọ́ tónítóní tí ó sì gbẹ nígbà tí a kò bá lò ó.
