If a laminating pouch becomes jammed:

  • Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the laminator and the electrical outlet.
  • Check if the power button has been pressed and the warm-up indicator (red "cmx" mark) is lit.
  • If the auto shut-off function has activated, press the power button to restart the machine.

Poor Lamination Quality (e.g., bubbles, cloudy finish)

  • Ensure the correct film thickness setting (T1, T2, T3, T4) is selected for your laminating pouch.
  • Allow the laminator to fully warm up until the green "✔" light is illuminated.
  • Use high-quality laminating pouches.
  • Ensure the document is flat and free of wrinkles before lamination.
