6.1 Ipese Agbara
The UbiBot WS1 can be powered by two AAA alkaline batteries or a Micro USB cable (DC5V2A). When using batteries, the data synchronization interval can be adjusted to balance battery life and data acquisition frequency. For example, a 15-minute sync interval can provide 4-6 months of battery life.
6.2 Ayika Awọn ipo
The recommended operating conditions for the WS1 are -20°C to 60°C (-4°F to 140°F) and 10% to 90% RH (non-condensing). Sensor accuracy may be affected by extreme environmental conditions. Avoid using the device outside these recommended ranges.
Important: The UbiBot WS1 is NOT waterproof. Avoid exposure to water or use in environments with extremely high humidity (above 90% RH) for prolonged periods, as this can damage the circuit board and cause electrical leakage. Do not use outdoors without adequate protection from the elements.
6.3 Ninu
To clean the device, gently wipe it with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
7. Laasigbotitusita
- Ẹ̀rọ náà kò sopọ̀ mọ́ WiFi: Ensure your WiFi network is 2.4GHz. The WS1 does not support 5GHz networks, WPA2-Enterprise (802.1x/RADIUS authentication), WPA3 networks, or web-based WiFi authentication. Verify your WiFi password and network stability.
- Awọn kika ti ko pe: Ensure the device is placed within the recommended operating conditions. Extreme temperatures or humidity levels outside the specified range can affect sensor accuracy. If using in extreme environments, consider connecting an external temperature probe.
- No data synchronization: Check your WiFi connection. If the network is stable, verify that the device has sufficient battery power or is connected to a Micro USB power source. The device has onboard memory to store data during network outages, which will upload once connectivity is restored.
- Alerts not received: Check your alert settings in the UbiBot app or web console. Ensure your contact information (email, phone number) is correct and that app notifications are enabled on your mobile device. Remember that SMS and voice call alerts may require credits in your UbiBot account.
- Account creation issues: If you encounter problems creating an account, ensure you have a stable internet connection and are using a supported mobile operating system (iOS 11+ or Android 8.1+). Contact UbiBot support if issues persist.
