3. Pulse Rate Monitoring
- With your index finger centered on the sensor, press and release the Polusi Oṣuwọn button once to activate the feature.
- Rest your finger lightly on the sensor for 5 to 10 seconds. Avoid any movement or talking for better accuracy.
- The larger heart symbol on the display will begin to flash in sync with your heartbeats, and the pulse count will appear on the display.
