O ṣeun fun riraasing the DIGOO DG-8988 Digital Weather Station. This device provides comprehensive weather information, including indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity, weather forecasts, time, date, and alarm functions. Please read this manual carefully to ensure proper setup and operation.

4.1 Main Unit Front View

The front features a large, colorful LCD screen divided into sections for easy readability:

The control buttons are located on the left side of the main unit:
- Ṣeto: Enters settings mode or confirms selections.
- Soke: Adjusts values upwards or cycles through options.
- NIPA: Adjusts values downwards or cycles through options.
- IKỌ: Enters alarm setting mode or activates/deactivates alarm.
- AKIYESI: Sets temperature/humidity alerts.
- HEAT/DEW: Toggles display of Heat Index and Dew Point.
4.3 Main Unit Side View

On the top edge of the main unit, you will find the SNOOZE / LIGHT button, used to activate the backlight or snooze the alarm.
5. Eto
5.1 Lilo Agbara fun Ẹya Akọkọ
- Insert 3 x AAA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment on the back of the main unit, observing correct polarity (+/-).
- Alternatively, connect the supplied USB power cable to the DC-POWER port (DC5.0V, 1A) on the main unit and plug it into a suitable USB power adapter (not included). The USB connection is recommended for continuous operation and display brightness.
5.2 Powering the Outdoor Sensor

5.3 Sensọ Placement
- Place the outdoor sensor in a shaded, dry location, protected from direct sunlight and rain.
- Ensure the sensor is within the 98ft/30m transmission range of the main unit. Walls and other obstructions can reduce this range.
- Avoid placing the sensor near large metal objects or electronic devices that could interfere with the wireless signal.
5.4 Amuṣiṣẹpọ akọkọ
After powering both units, the main unit will automatically attempt to connect with the outdoor sensor. The outdoor temperature and humidity should appear on the display within a few minutes. If not, press and hold the 'DOWN' button on the main unit to manually initiate a search for the outdoor sensor.

- Press and hold the 'SET' button for 3 seconds to enter time setting mode. The hour digit will flash.
- Use the 'UP' or 'DOWN' buttons to adjust the hour.
- Press 'SET' to confirm and move to the next setting (minute, year, month, day, 12/24 hour format).
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 until all settings are complete. Press 'SET' again to exit setting mode.
6.2 Eto Itaniji
- Press the 'ALARM' button once to display the alarm time.
- Press and hold the 'ALARM' button for 3 seconds to enter alarm setting mode. The hour digit will flash.
- Use 'UP' or 'DOWN' to adjust the hour, then press 'ALARM' to confirm and move to minutes.
- Adjust minutes and press 'ALARM' to confirm.
- Press 'ALARM' repeatedly to toggle the alarm ON/OFF. An alarm icon will appear on the display when activated.
6.3 Iṣiṣẹ Snooze
When the alarm sounds, press the 'SNOOZE/LIGHT' button on top of the unit to activate the snooze function. The alarm will sound again after approximately 5 minutes.
6.4 Aṣayan Iwọn otutu (°C/°F)
Briefly press the 'DOWN' button to switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F) display for temperature.
6.5 Ifihan Ipa Barometric
The weather station displays barometric pressure in hPa/mb. The trend indicator shows whether the pressure is rising, falling, or stable, which contributes to the weather forecast.
6.6 Sunrise & Sunset Time Display
The unit displays sunrise and sunset times. Akiyesi: Currently, the city name display function for sunrise/sunset is only supported in European regions. Software upgrades are in progress to support global city names.
6.7 Indoor Comfort Display
The display includes an indoor comfort indicator (Dry, Comfort, Wet) based on current indoor temperature and humidity levels.
6.8 Ooru Ìwé ati ìri Point
Press the 'HEAT/DEW' button to cycle through the display of Heat Index and Dew Point values, providing additional environmental information.
