2. Initial Power-On and Radio Signal Reception

  1. Once batteries are inserted, the clock will automatically begin searching for the DCF-77 radio signal.
  2. Place the clock near a window, away from electronic devices that may cause interference, for best reception.
  3. The radio signal icon (often a tower or waves) will flash during reception and become solid once synchronized.
  4. This process may take several minutes or up to 24 hours, depending on signal strength and location.
  5. The clock will automatically set the correct time, date, and weekday once the signal is received.

If the radio signal cannot be received, you can manually set the time and date.

  1. Press and hold the 'SET' button (or similar, refer to physical buttons on the device) for a few seconds to enter manual setting mode.
  2. Use the '+' or '-' buttons to adjust the flashing value (e.g., hour, minute, year, month, day).
  3. Press 'SET' again to confirm the setting and move to the next value.
  4. Exit manual setting mode by pressing 'SET' after the last setting or by waiting for the clock to time out.

The clock can be placed on a flat surface using its integrated stand or mounted on a wall.

  • Table Standing: Extend the integrated stand on the back of the clock.

The clock automatically displays the current date and day of the week. The weekday can be displayed in 5 different languages. Refer to the physical buttons for language selection (e.g., 'LANG' button).

4. Indoor Temperature Display

The current indoor temperature is displayed in Celsius (°C) or Fahrenheit (°F). Press the '°C/°F' button (or similar) to switch between units.

5. Adjustable Night Light Function

The clock features an adjustable night light. This function can be activated or deactivated, and its brightness may be adjustable. Refer to the 'LIGHT' button or settings menu for control.
