Iyika Ibẹrẹ:
As an automatic watch, the Oris Big Crown Pointer Date is powered by the motion of your wrist. However, for initial setup or after a period of inactivity, manual winding is recommended to build up the power reserve.
- Gently unscrew the crown counter-clockwise until it pops out to position 1 (winding position).
- Turn the crown clockwise approximately 20-30 times. This will initiate the movement and build a sufficient power reserve.
- The watch will begin to run.
Ṣiṣeto Aago ati Ọjọ:
- Pull the crown out to position 2 (time setting position). The seconds hand will stop.
- Turn the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise to set the hour and minute hands. Ensure you set the correct AM/PM time, as the date change occurs around midnight.
- Once the time is set, push the crown back in to position 1.
- To set the date, pull the crown out to position 1 (winding position).
- Turn the crown counter-clockwise to advance the pointer date hand to the desired date.
- Once the date is set, gently push the crown back in and screw it down clockwise until it is fully secured against the case. This ensures water resistance.
