• Remote does not control my TV:
  • Verify that your TV model is listed in the compatibility section (Section 4).
  • Ensure your TV is a Sony Brand LCD LED HDTV Smart Bravia TV. This remote is specifically designed for these models and does not require programming.
  • If your TV is compatible and the remote is still not working, try removing and reinserting the batteries.
