- Charge the phone for at least one hour, then press the power button to verify if the phone can be turned on.

- If the phone is stuck on the DOOGEE logo screen, a factory reset might be necessary. (Note: This will erase all data.)
6.2. Cannot Use 4G Mobile Data
- Restart the phone to check if the phone has a signal.
- Ensure your SIM card account is active and has sufficient credit/data.
- Try modifying the APN (Access Point Name) settings. Go to Eto > Internet & Network > Nẹtiwọọki Alagbeka > Access Point Names. You may need to obtain the correct APN parameters from your network operator or from another working phone with the same SIM card.
