5.2 Gbigbe Data USB

The two USB 3.0 ports provide high-speed data transfer up to 5Gbps, allowing you to quickly transfer files between your host device and USB storage devices. They are also suitable for connecting USB peripherals like keyboards and mice.

5.3 SD / TF Kaadi Reader

The integrated SD and TF card readers support simultaneous reading and writing with speeds up to 104MB/s. This allows for quick access to photos and videos from your cameras or other devices.

Q: I can't get the Ethernet port to work. What should I do?
A: 1) Please reinstall the network driver. 2) Try this device with a different computer or Ethernet cable to see if the issue persists.
Q: Why doesn't the Type-C adapter charge my computer when plugged in?
A: The hub itself requires power to operate. We recommend using a charger with 45W or more connected to the hub's PD port to ensure sufficient power delivery to your computer.
Q: Can all ports be used at the same time?
A: Yes, all ports can be used simultaneously. However, please note that only one hard drive / SSD can be connected at once to the USB 3.0 ports for optimal performance.
Q: Is the USB C multiport compatible with all laptops with Type-C connectors?
A: The USB C Hub requires your laptop's Type-C port to support data, charging, and video output (DisplayPort Alt Mode). Incompatible devices include, but are not limited to, Nintendo Switch and USB SuperDrive.
