  1. Iho kaadi SD: Insert an SD/SDHC card (up to 32GB, not included) for saving scanned images. Ensure gold contacts face up.

  1. Fi kaadi SD sii: Insert an SD or SDHC memory card (not included) into the SD card slot on the rear of the scanner. Ensure the gold contacts face upwards. The scanner requires a memory card to save scanned images.
  2. So agbara: Connect the small end of the USB cable to the Mini USB port on the scanner. Connect the large end of the USB cable to the provided USB power adapter, then plug the adapter into a wall outlet. Alternatively, connect the large end of the USB cable to a powered USB port on a computer.
  3. Agbara Tan: Tẹ mọlẹ Agbara button for a few seconds until the LCD display illuminates.
  4. Language Setting (First Use): If prompted, use the Left/Mirror ati Right/Flip buttons to select your preferred language, then press O DARA/ Wọle lati jẹrisi.

Preparing Film/Slides

  • For 35mm Slides: Open the slide holder. Insert one slide into the designated slot, ensuring it is correctly oriented. Close the holder securely.
  • For 35mm Film Negatives: Open the negative film holder. Carefully place a strip of negatives into the holder, aligning the frames with the openings. Close the holder securely.
  • Use the cleaning brush to gently remove any dust or debris from your slides or negatives before inserting them into the holder.

  1. Insert Holder: Gently insert the loaded slide or negative film holder into the film slot on the side of the scanner.
  2. Yan Iru Fíìmù: On the scanner's display, use the Convert/Mode button to select the correct film type (Negative Film or Slide Film).
  3. Adjust Image (Optional):
    • Lo Left/Mirror to mirror the image horizontally.
    • Lo Right/Flip to flip the image vertically.
    • Access the menu (often by pressing O DARA/ Wọle or Convert/Mode again) to adjust exposure compensation or color balance if available. Navigate with Left/Mirror ati Right/Flip, jẹrisi pẹlu O DARA/ Wọle.

Connecting to a Computer (Data Transfer)

To transfer scanned images to your computer:

  2. Connect the USB cable from the scanner's Mini USB port to a USB port on your computer.
