  • 4 AA Batteries: Insert four AA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment located on the bottom of the device. Ensure correct polarity.
  • Okun Ngba agbara USB: Connect the provided USB charging cable to the monitor and a compatible USB power source (e.g., adapter, laptop, power bank).

For continuous use, USB power is recommended. If using batteries, ensure they are fresh for accurate readings.

Proper cuff application is crucial for accurate measurements. The adjustable cuff is designed for arm circumferences between 8.7 and 16.5 inches.

  1. Open the Cuff: Open the cuff and pass one end through the iron ring. Ensure the Velcro faces outward.
  2. Position the Cuff: Wrap the cuff around your bare left upper arm. The air tube should run down the center of your arm, aligned with your middle finger. The bottom edge of the cuff should be approximately 2-3 cm (about 1 inch) above your elbow joint.
  3. Secure the Cuff: Tighten the cuff snugly but not too tightly. You should be able to insert one or two fingers between the cuff and your arm.
  4. Ipo Apa: Rest your arm comfortably on a table or flat surface with your palm facing upwards. Ensure the cuff is at the same level as your heart.

The monitor features a tri-color backlit display to visually indicate your blood pressure category according to WHO (World Health Organization) guidelines:
