- Insert the required batteries (typically AA or AAA, refer to the battery compartment markings) observing the correct polarity (+/-).

3. Initial Synchronization (DCF 77)
After battery installation, the main unit will automatically attempt to receive the DCF 77 radio signal for time synchronization. This process may take several minutes. Ensure the unit is placed away from electronic interference during this time.

- Adjust the time zone if necessary to match your local time.
