The DALY BMS (Battery Management System) is designed to protect 13-series (13S) Li-ion battery packs, operating at 48V with a 60A current rating. It integrates multiple protection functions to optimize battery performance and extend its lifespan.

WARNING: Improper installation or use can lead to serious injury, fire, or damage to the battery and BMS. Always follow safety guidelines.

  • Ensure all connections are correct and secure before applying power. Incorrect wiring can cause irreversible damage.

Follow these steps carefully for proper installation of the DALY BMS. The wiring diagram below uses the H series 60A BMS as an example.

  1. Solder the Sampling Cables: Connect the first black cable in the sampling cable set to the negative terminal of the battery pack (B-). Connect the second cable (red) to the positive terminal of the first string of batteries, and the third cable (red) to the positive terminal of the second string of batteries. Continue this process until all cables are connected to their respective positive terminals of each battery string.
  2. Ṣayẹwo awọn USB: After connecting all sampling cables, measure the voltage between any two adjacent cables. Ensure there are no incorrect connections or missing connections.
  3. Connect Output Wires and Activate: Connect the B- wire of the BMS to the overall negative electrode of the battery pack. Then, plug the sampling cable into the BMS. After activating the BMS, verify that the voltage (batiri voltage) between B+ and B- and the voltage between P+ and P- are consistent.
