4.3 Mounting the Thermometer

The main unit can be placed using one of the following methods:

  • Flip-out Desk Stand: Extend the stand on the back of the unit to place it on a flat surface.

The thermometer allows you to set desired maximum and minimum temperature limits. An audible and visual alarm will activate if the temperature goes above the set maximum or below the set minimum.

  1. Press and hold the 'EVENT' button to enter alarm setting mode.
  2. Use the 'MODE' button to adjust the desired maximum temperature.
  3. Press 'EVENT' again to confirm the maximum temperature and move to setting the minimum temperature.
  4. Use the 'MODE' button to adjust the desired minimum temperature.
  5. Press 'EVENT' one more time to save the settings and exit alarm setting mode.

5.5 Resetting Min/Max Readings

To clear the recorded minimum and maximum temperatures, press and hold the 'MODE' button until the MIN/MAX values reset on the display.
