  1. Place the machine base on a stable, flat surface.
  2. Attach the feed chute to the machine base by turning it counter-clockwise until it locks into place.
  3. Select the desired blade cone (slicing, grinding, coarse grating, or fine grating).
  4. Insert the chosen blade cone into the feed chute and rotate it clockwise until it is securely seated.
  5. Place the food pusher into the top opening of the feed chute.
