This motor kit is designed for sliding gates up to 600kg (1350lbs) and 12m (40ft) in length, featuring a built-in 110VAC control board and HomeLink compatibility. Carefully unbox all components and verify against the package contents list. Familiarize yourself with the main unit and accessories.

5.2 Mounting Base Installation

Assemble the mounting base components. The gate opener unit will be secured to this base. Ensure the base is level and securely anchored to the ground. Four foundation bolts need to be pre-buried for stability.

5.3 Pq fifi sori

Attach the chain to the gate. If the provided chain length is insufficient for your gate, it may need to be extended. Connect the chain to the tie rod and adjust its length for proper tension and smooth movement. After installation, manually push the gate to ensure it moves smoothly without obstruction.

5.4 Magnetic Limit Switch Installation

Install the magnetic limit switch blocks according to your gate structure. These magnets define the open and close positions of the gate. The close limit magnet position should have a height between the magnet and the chain of approximately 42mm (1.65 inches). The open limit magnet position should have a height between the magnet and the chain of approximately 104mm (4.09 inches).

5.5 Power Line Installation

Connect the power line to the control board. The power line needs to be prepared by the customer. Ensure all connections are secure and comply with electrical safety standards.

5.6 Infrared Sensor Connecting (Optional)

If using infrared safety sensors, connect them to the control board. The wires for the infrared sensors need to be prepared by the customer. Ensure to remove any pre-installed short wires from the sensor terminals on the control board before connecting the sensor wires.

5.7 Install the Machine Cover

Once all electrical connections and mechanical installations are complete, securely install the machine cover. Lock the gate opener using the manual release key to prevent unauthorized access and ensure weather protection.

6.2 Automatic Close Time Setting

The automatic close function can be set to 12 seconds, 24 seconds, 36 seconds, or disabled. Refer to the control board's specific programming instructions for adjusting this setting.

6.3 HomeLink Compatibility

This gate opener is compatible with HomeLink systems, allowing you to open the gate directly from your vehicle. Follow your vehicle's HomeLink programming instructions to link it with the gate opener.

  • Regularly inspect the gate and opener for any signs of wear, damage, or loose connections.
  • Keep the gate track and chain clean and free of debris.
  • Lubricate the chain periodically according to manufacturer recommendations.
