This manual provides important information on the safe operation, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your ZORN Z 32 LNE. Please read it thoroughly before first use and keep it for future reference.

5.1. Cooling Function

To cool items, ensure the cool box is connected to a power source (12V, 230V, or USB-A/C). The cooling system will activate automatically. For optimal cooling performance:

• Pre-chill items before placing them in the cool box, especially if using the 12V or USB power source.
• Close the lid securely to maintain the internal temperature. The carry handle can be folded down to lock the lid.
• Avoid opening the lid frequently to prevent warm air from entering.
• When using 230V, you can adjust the power consumption, including an Eco function for energy saving. Refer to the control panel on the lid for settings.

5.2. Alapapo Išė

The cool box can also function as a heating box, warming contents up to 60 °C. To activate the heating function, ensure the unit is connected to a 230V power source and select the heating mode on the control panel. The heating function is typically indicated by a specific switch or light on the control panel.

• Only use the heating function with the 230V connection.
• Allow sufficient time for the unit to reach the desired temperature.
• Do not place flammable materials inside the box when in heating mode.

5.3. USB Power Bank Usage

The USB-A/-C connection allows for extended cooling (ECO mode) for up to 10 hours, independent of mains connection, when paired with a suitable power bank (5V/3A output, min. 24.0 Ah / 88.80 Wh). This is ideal for situations where traditional power outlets are unavailable.
