2. Attaching the Antenna and Belt Clip

3. Super Bright Flashlight Operation
The UV5F is equipped with a powerful LED flashlight.
- Press the dedicated Flashlight Button (refer to Product Overview) to turn the flashlight on.
- Press it again to turn the flashlight off.

4. VOX (Voice Operated Exchange) / Hands-Free Function
The VOX function allows for hands-free transmission. When activated, the radio will automatically transmit when it detects your voice.

- Adjust the VOX sensitivity level as needed to prevent accidental transmissions or missed voice activations.
5. Digital Tuning FM Radio
Your UV5F radio includes a built-in FM radio receiver.
- Press the FM Switch button to enter FM radio mode.

- Press the FM Switch button again to exit FM radio mode and return to two-way radio operation.
6. Programming and Channel Management
