Carefully open the packaging and remove all components. Verify that all parts listed in the manual are present. The package includes the main scooter body, front tire with disc brake, fender, handlebars, rearview mirrors, charger, toolkits, and a mobile phone holder.

2. Handlebar and Stem Installation
- Attach the handlebars to the stem using the provided screws. Install screws in a cross pattern and do not fully tighten initially.
- Once all four screws are in, tighten them following the same diagonal sequence to ensure even pressure.

- Connect any internal interfaces for the handlebar controls, ensuring proper alignment.

- Install the front axle. The short bushing mounts on the opposite side.

- Install the front fender using the long screws in adjacent holes and short screws above.

- Ensure the circuit breaker is in the OFF position before installing the battery.
- Carefully slide the 60V 30AH lithium battery into its compartment.
- Connect the battery cable securely.
- Flip the circuit breaker handle to the ON position.
- To charge, connect the charger to the battery port (either directly on the scooter or removed). Set the charger voltage to 110V. The charger light will indicate charging status.

- Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the ON position. The dual LCD displays will illuminate.
