6.1 Power and Illumination
- Turn on the microscope using the power switch located on the base.
- Adjust the LED illumination intensity using the dimming handwheel for optimal viewing.

Nọmba 6.1: Adjusting the variable LED intensity transmitted illumination.
6.2 Specimen Placement
- Place a prepared slide onto the double-layer mechanical stage.
- Lo awọn stage manipulation knobs to center the specimen under the objective lens.

Nọmba 6.2: Awọn ẹrọ stage with adjustment handle allows for full movement of your sample for scanning or centering.
6.3 Idojukọ
- Use the coarse focus knob for large adjustments to bring the specimen into approximate focus.
- Use the fine focus knob for precise adjustments to achieve a sharp image.

Nọmba 6.3: Coaxial coarse and fine focus knobs for ergonomic and precise focusing.
6.4 Iṣogo
- Rotate the revolving nosepiece to select the desired objective lens (4x, 10x, 40x, 100x).
- The total magnification is the product of the eyepiece magnification and the objective lens magnification. For example, a WF10X eyepiece with a 100x objective provides 1000x magnification.

Nọmba 6.4: The microscope offers eight levels of magnification from 40X to 2500X using 4X, 10X, 40X, and 100X objectives.
6.5 Interpupillary Distance and Diopter Adjustment
- Adjust the distance between the two eyepieces to match your interpupillary distance for comfortable binocular viewing.
- If one eye has a different focus requirement, adjust the diopter ring on the eyepiece until both eyes see a sharp image.
6.6 Darkfield and Brightfield Observation
- The NA 1.25 Abbe condenser with iris diaphragm supports both brightfield and darkfield observation.
- To switch between modes, adjust the condenser. Note that this darkfield microscope is specifically designed for researching live blood.

Nọmba 6.5: Adjusting the condenser allows switching between brightfield and darkfield observation modes.
Fidio 6.1: This video demonstrates the Blood Darkfield Brightfield Trinocular Compound Microscope in action, showcasing its capabilities for observing blood samples under different illumination techniques.
6.7 LCD Monitor and E-Eyepiece Usage
- The 7-inch LCD display provides a direct view of the specimen, allowing for easier observation and sharing without eye strain.
- The 5MP E-eyepiece can be connected to a computer via USB to display images on a larger screen or capture photos/videos.
6.8 Constant Temperature Function
- Maikirosikopu stage features a constant temperature function, allowing adjustment of the stage's temperature from 0-50 degrees Celsius. This is useful for observing temperature-sensitive specimens.
