- Yọ UPS kuro: Carefully remove the UPS unit and all accessories from its packaging.
- Ibi: Position the UPS on a flat, stable surface in a well-ventilated area. Avoid locations with direct sunlight, excessive heat, or moisture.

Turning the UPS On/Off
- Lati Tan: Press the Power button once. The UPS will emit a short beep, and the status indicator will illuminate.

Understanding Indicators and Alarms
The UPS uses visual indicators and audible alarms to communicate its operational status and any potential issues.

Silence Alarms (BE425M)
The BE425M model allows for quick muting of audible alarms. Press the mute button (refer to Figure 4 in Product Overview) to temporarily silence alarms during a power event. This does not affect the UPS's operation or address the underlying issue.
Itoju
- Itọju Batiri: The internal battery is designed for a specific lifespan. It is not user-serviceable. Contact APC support for battery replacement services when the battery reaches its end of life.
- Ninu: Keep the UPS free of dust and debris. Use a dry, soft cloth to clean the exterior surfaces. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the unit.
- Ibi ipamọ: If the UPS is to be stored for an extended period, ensure it is fully charged before storage. Recharge the unit for 24 hours every 3-6 months to prevent battery degradation. Store the UPS in a cool, dry place.
