1. Ifihan
This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your Erayak 2400P Portable Generator and Wheel Kit Bundle. This bundle is designed to provide reliable and portable power for various applications, including home backup, camping, and outdoor activities. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the generator to ensure proper use and to prevent injury or damage.

2. Alaye Aabo
Always follow these safety precautions to prevent serious injury or death. Failure to do so can result in electric shock, fire, or carbon monoxide poisoning.
- Ewu Erogba monoxide: Generators produce carbon monoxide, a colorless, odorless, poisonous gas. Operate the generator outdoors in a well-ventilated area, far away from windows, doors, and vents. Never operate indoors, in a garage, or in any enclosed space.
- Ewu Itanna: Do not operate the generator in wet conditions. Ensure all connections are dry and secure. Never touch the generator with wet hands.
- Ewu ina: Gasoline is highly flammable. Refuel in a well-ventilated area with the engine off and cool. Do not smoke or allow open flames near the generator. Store fuel in approved containers.
- Awọn oju gbigbona: The generator's engine and muffler become very hot during operation and remain hot for some time after shutdown. Avoid touching hot surfaces to prevent burns.

4.1. Wheel Kit Assembly
The wheel kit enhances the portability of your Erayak 2400P generator. Follow these steps to attach it:
- Carefully unbox the generator and wheel kit components.
- Locate the mounting points on the generator's base for the wheel axles.
- Attach the never-flat tires to the axles using the provided hardware (washers, nuts, cotter pins). Ensure they are securely fastened but can rotate freely.
- Insert the telescopic handle into its designated slot on the generator. Secure it with the locking mechanism or pins as instructed in the wheel kit's specific guide.
- Verify that the wheels are firmly attached and the handle extends and retracts smoothly.

4.2. Adding Fuel and Oil
Before first use, and before each subsequent use, ensure proper fuel and oil levels.
- Epo Enjini:
- Yọ epo kun fila / dipstick.
- Using the provided oil funnel, slowly add recommended 4-stroke engine oil (e.g., SAE 10W-30) until it reaches the upper mark on the dipstick. Do not overfill.

- Carefully pour fresh, unleaded gasoline (minimum 87 octane) into the fuel tank. Do not fill above the red indicator line or the bottom of the filler neck.

5.1. Bibẹrẹ monomono
- Place the generator on a firm, level surface outdoors, away from any combustible materials and at least 20 feet from any building openings.

- Pull the recoil starter handle firmly and smoothly until the engine starts. You may need to pull several times.
- Once the engine starts, slowly return the engine switch to the "RUN" position.

5.2. Connecting Electrical Devices

- Do not overload the generator. The total wattage of connected devices must not exceed the generator's running wattage (2400 Wattis).

5.3. ECO Mode Operation
The Erayak 2400P features an ECO mode for improved fuel efficiency and reduced noise when operating at lower loads.
- To activate ECO mode, switch the ECO mode switch to the "ON" position. The generator's engine speed will automatically adjust to match the load, saving fuel.
- For full power or when starting high-demand appliances, switch the ECO mode to the "OFF" position.

5.4. Shutting Down the Generator

- Wash the filter element in warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and allow it to air dry completely. Lightly oil the filter with engine oil before reinstallation.

- Inspect the spark plug every 100 hours or annually.
- Remove the spark plug using the provided spark plug wrench.
- Check for carbon buildup or wear. Clean or replace if necessary. Ensure the gap is correct according to specifications.

- For long-term storage (over 30 days), drain the fuel tank and carburetor, or use a fuel stabilizer.
