3. Eto

  2. Place the transparent container on a stable, flat surface. The non-slip gasket at the base will help secure it.
  3. Carefully place the three-leaf rotary knife onto the central pin inside the container. Ensure it is seated properly.

  5. Place the lid onto the container, aligning the central shaft of the knife with the opening in the lid.
  6. Attach the controller/handle to the top of the lid, ensuring it engages with the knife shaft.

4.1 Chopping Ingredients

  1. With the three-leaf rotary knife installed and the lid secured, hold the lid firmly with one hand.
  2. Rotate the crank handle with the other hand. The blades will spin, chopping the ingredients.
  3. Continue rotating until the desired consistency is achieved. For coarser chops, use fewer rotations; for finer chops, use more rotations.

  1. Remove the three-leaf rotary knife.
  2. Install the mixed maple leaf (stirring blades) onto the central pin.
  3. Add ingredients suitable for mixing, such as eggs for scrambling or light batters.
  4. Secure the lid and attach the handle.
  5. Rotate the crank handle to mix the ingredients.

4.3 Egg White Separation

The lid features a built-in egg white separator. Crack an egg directly into the designated area on the lid, and the egg white will separate from the yolk, flowing into the container below.
