All-Refrigerator/All-Freezer Combination

Model: ARG6PV-AFZ1PVSTACK

1. Ti pariview

The ACCUCOLD ARG6PV-AFZ1PVSTACK is a 24-inch Medical Performance Series all-refrigerator and all-freezer combination unit. This stackable system is engineered to meet stringent vaccine storage guidelines, including those from the CDC/VFC. It combines a 6 cubic foot auto-defrost all-refrigerator (ARG6PV) with a 1.4 cubic foot all-freezer (AFZ1PV) into a single, space-efficient footprint using Accucold's StackRack system.

Both units feature microprocessor temperature controllers for precise temperature management and stability, crucial for sensitive medical storage. The refrigerator operates within a range of +2°C to +8°C, while the freezer maintains temperatures between -30°C and -10°C.

The ARG6PV-AFZ1PVSTACK unit ships in three separate boxes and requires minor assembly upon delivery. Follow these steps for proper setup:

3.1 Ṣiṣii silẹ

  • Carefully remove all packaging materials from both the refrigerator and freezer units.
  • Inspect both units for any shipping damage. Report any damage immediately to your supplier.
  • Retain packaging materials for future transport if necessary.

3.2 Ibi ati Fentilesonu

  • Place the combined unit on a strong, level surface capable of supporting its weight (approximately 150 lbs).
  • Ensure adequate air circulation around the unit. Maintain at least 2 inches (5 cm) of space at the back and sides, and 4 inches (10 cm) at the top for proper ventilation.
  • Avoid placing the unit in direct sunlight or near heat sources such as stoves, heaters, or radiators.

3.3 Stacking Assembly

The StackRack system is used to combine the refrigerator and freezer units. Refer to the separate StackRack assembly instructions for detailed steps. Generally, the freezer unit (AFZ1PV) is placed on top of the refrigerator unit (ARG6PV).

This section details the operation of your ACCUCOLD medical refrigerator-freezer combination.

4.1 otutu Iṣakoso

  • Both the refrigerator and freezer units are equipped with microprocessor temperature controllers.
  • The refrigerator maintains temperatures between +2°C and +8°C (36°F to 46°F).
  • The freezer maintains temperatures between -30°C and -10°C (-22°F to 14°F).
  • Adjust temperature settings using the digital controls located on the top panel of each unit. Refer to the specific controller manual for detailed programming instructions.

4.2 Alarms and Monitoring

The units feature comprehensive alarm systems to ensure product integrity:

  • Audible and Visual Temperature Alarms: Activate if temperatures go out of the set range.
  • Power Failure Alerts: Notifies users of power interruptions.
  • Door Open Alarms: Sounds if a door is left ajar for an extended period.
  • Sensor Failure Alarms: Indicates a malfunction with the temperature sensor.
  • Awọn olubasọrọ Itaniji jijin: Both units include remote alarm contacts for integration with external monitoring systems.
