4.2 Ball Inflation

  4. Inflate the ball to the recommended pressure, typically indicated near the valve or on the ball itself. Avoid over-inflation.
  5. Remove the needle carefully.
  6. If using the included bung, insert it into the valve after inflation for outdoor use to prevent dirt ingress.

  3. Each time the ball makes contact with your body, it will register a count.
  4. The ball will light up with each registered contact, providing visual feedback.
  5. As you reach specific milestones (e.g., 10, 20, 50 touches), the ball will emit encouraging audio phrases.
  6. The counting mechanism is designed to track up to 100 touches.
