6. Loading Print Media

The Everycom ECL100 supports various thermal label and receipt media, including continuous rolls and fan-fold media. Ensure you use direct thermal media, as this printer does not use ink or toner.

  1. Gently open the media cover of the printer.
  2. Place the roll of thermal labels onto the media spindle, ensuring the labels feed from the bottom of the roll.
  3. Pull the leading edge of the labels through the guides until it extends slightly past the print head.
  4. Adjust the media guides to fit the width of your labels snugly, without creasing wọn.
  5. Close the media cover securely. The printer will automatically detect the label size and calibrate.
