  1. Mura Agbejade: Wash fruits or vegetables thoroughly. Cut larger items into smaller pieces to maximize surface area for steam extraction. Do not add sugar or water to the fruit basket at this stage.

  3. Orisun Ooru: Place the assembled steam juicer on a suitable stovetop (gas, electric, ceramic, or induction).
  4. Bẹrẹ Steaming: Turn the stovetop to a medium-high heat setting. The water in the bottom pot will boil, producing steam that rises through the middle pot and into the strainer basket.
  5. Juice Collection: As the steam heats the produce, juice will be released and drip into the middle collection pot. The process typically takes 60-90 minutes, depending on the type and ripeness of the produce.
  6. Bojuto Ipele Omi: Periodically check the water level in the bottom pot. If necessary, carefully add more hot water to prevent it from boiling dry.
  7. Drain Juice: Once sufficient juice has collected, release the clamp on the silicone hose and drain the hot juice into heat-proof containers or jars. Re-clamp the hose when finished.
  8. Repeat or Finish: You can continue to steam more produce or turn off the heat and allow the juicer to cool before disassembling.
