The ATOMSTACK A40 PRO V2 is a Class 4 laser product. Improper use can result in serious injury, including eye damage, skin burns, and fire. Always adhere to the following safety guidelines:

  • Aabo Ohun elo: Only engrave or cut materials specified as safe. Avoid highly reflective, flammable, or toxic materials.
  • Iṣakoso USB: The newly added tank chain ensures neat and secure cable management, reducing trip hazards and preventing damage to wires.

The A40 PRO V2 features a fixed-focus laser, eliminating the need for manual adjustment. For precise focusing, use the one-touch auto-focus feature, which achieves pinpoint accuracy in approximately 8 seconds via the touchscreen button, LightBurn software, or the AtomStack app.

Engraving and Cutting Modes

The laser module allows seamless toggling between 20W engraving and 40W cutting power with a single button. This dual-mode system optimizes performance for detailed engraving or powerful cutting tasks.

The A40 PRO V2 includes a high-flow air assist kit. This system automatically turns on/off via LightBurn’s M7 mode, optimizing cutting and engraving performance by boosting cutting power and delivering sharper edges with cleaner finishes.

Material Compatibility and Performance

The engraver offers a large working area of 395x385mm and operates at a maximum speed of 400mm/s, with an engraving precision of 0.01mm. The ultra-fine laser focus area is reduced to 0.1x0.1mm.

Engraveable Materials: Wood, bamboo, cardboard, plastic, leather, PCB board, aluminum oxide, non-reflective electroplated and painted metal layers, 304 mirror stainless steel, glass, ceramic, cotton cloth, stone.

Cuttable Materials: Cardboard, non-woven fabric, wood (up to 20mm basswood, 25mm pine and paulownia wood), acrylic, certain thin plastic sheets, sponge, 12mm MDF.
