1. Unpack the inflatable mat and lay it flat on a clean, smooth surface, free from sharp objects.
2. Locate the inflation valves on the mat. The mat has multiple air chambers, each with its own valve.
3. Open the valve cap and pull out the valve stem.
4. Insert the nozzle of a manual or electric air pump (not included) into the valve.
5. Inflate each air chamber until it is firm to the touch but not hard. Do not over-inflate.
6. Once inflated, quickly close the valve stem and push the valve cap securely back into place.
7. Ensure all valves are properly sealed before use.
