3.2 Burner Control and Temperature Management

The grill features four main burners and one side burner, each with independent control knobs. Adjust the knobs between HIGH and LOW settings to achieve desired cooking temperatures. The built-in thermometer on the lid provides an approximate internal temperature reading.

3.3 Cooking Area Utilization

The grill offers a total cooking area of over 625 sq. in., including the main cooking grates and a warming rack. The side burner is ideal for preparing sauces, boiling water, or cooking side dishes.
