Follow these steps to set up your Trust DOORCAM-4000 Video Doorbell and connect it to the Trust WiFi app.

App Installation and Device Pairing

  1. Step 1: Download the Trust WiFi App.

  2. Step 2: Open the Trust WiFi App.
    Launch the Trust WiFi application on your smartphone.

  3. Step 3: Add Device.
    In the app, select "Add Device" or tap the "+" icon. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
  4. Step 4: Select Doorbell Camera.
    From the list of device categories, navigate to "Doorbell Camera" and select your doorbell model (DOORCAM-3000/4000).
  5. Step 5: Reset Device.
    Follow the on-screen instructions to activate the doorbell camera by holding down the ON/OFF button for 5 seconds. Ensure the LED indicator is flashing red and a tone is heard. If the LED is not flashing red or no tone is heard, press the reset button for 5 seconds. Then select "Next step" in the app.
  6. Step 6: Connect to 2.4GHz WiFi.
    Select your 2.4 GHz WiFi network and enter the password. Pataki: The camera only operates on a 2.4 GHz WiFi network. Click "Next".
  7. Step 7: Confirm WiFi Credentials.
