2.4 Dip Bar / Push-Up Handle Installation

Insert the parallel dip bars into the designated holes on the vertical posts. These handles can be adjusted to various heights for dips, push-ups, and inverted rows. Ensure the 'L' and 'R' indicators match the left and right sides respectively, and secure them with the knobs.
