Your VARUN C24-3 Electric Bike comes 90% pre-assembled. Follow these steps to complete the assembly:

3.1. Watch the Assembly Video

3.2. Handlebar and Stem Installation

Insert the handlebar stem into the fork tube. Adjust the height and angle for comfortable riding, then tighten the bolts securely using the provided toolkit.

3.3. Seat Post and Saddle Installation

Insert the seat post into the frame's seat tube. Adjust the saddle height to ensure your feet can comfortably touch the ground when stopped. Secure the quick-release lever or bolt.

3.4. Front Wheel and Fender Attachment

Attach the front wheel to the fork, ensuring the disc brake rotor is correctly aligned with the caliper. Secure the quick-release skewer. Install the front fender above the wheel, attaching it to the fork mounts.

3.5. Rear Fender and Rack Attachment

Attach the rear fender and the rear cargo rack to the designated mounting points on the frame. Ensure all bolts are tightened for stability.

3.6. Headlight and Taillight Installation

Mount the headlight to the front fork and the taillight to the rear rack. Connect their respective cables to the main wiring harness. Ensure connections are secure and waterproof.

Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. The left pedal screws counter-clockwise, and the right pedal screws clockwise. Tighten them firmly with a wrench.

4.1. Powering On/Off and Display

To power on the bike, ensure the battery is locked in place and press the power button on the battery. Then, press and hold the power button on the LCD display located on the handlebars. The display will show current speed, battery level, trip distance, and pedal-assist level.

4.3. Gear Shifting

Utilize the 7-speed shifter to adjust gears according to terrain and desired effort. Shift smoothly to maintain optimal pedaling cadence and motor efficiency.

4.4. Braking System

The bike is equipped with dual disc brakes for reliable stopping power. Always apply both brakes gently and evenly to avoid skidding, especially in wet conditions.
