• Does the Angelcare Sensor Pad prevent SIDS?

  No. Angelcare monitors are designed to aid in the monitoring of your baby but are not medical devices and cannot prevent Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). They are intended to alert caregivers if no movement is detected.

• Why is my Angelcare Sensor Pad giving false alarms?

  False alarms can occur if the Sensor Pad is not placed on a flat, firm surface. If your cot has a slat base, you must place a hard board (approx. 30x30 cm) between the slats and the Sensor Pad. Also, ensure the sensitivity settings are adjusted correctly for your mattress type.

• Can I use the Angelcare Sensor Pad with an older child?

  The Sensor Pad feature is not intended for use with adults, children, or infants older than 24 months. It is specifically designed to monitor the subtle movements of infants.

• How do I clean my Angelcare Bath Support?

  The Bath Support should be rinsed thoroughly after each use to prevent mildew. It can be wiped down with a mild soap solution. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
