  3. Initiate Jump Start: Press the 'Start' button on the jump starter. The device's screen will display instructions. Turn off all electrical appliances in the car (e.g., headlights, radio) and then press the 'Next' button on the jump starter. After a few seconds, the screen will prompt you to "please start the ignition".

"Please start the ignition" message does not appear. Electrical appliances in the car are still on; 'Next' button not pressed. Turn off all vehicle electrical appliances. Ensure you press the 'Next' button on the jump starter after connecting.
Clamps spark when connecting. Incorrect connection order; clamps touching each other. Rii daju clamps are connected correctly (red to positive, black to negative) and do not touch each other or other metal parts.
