Follow these steps for safe and effective operation of your inverter.

3.1 Startup and Shutdown Sequence

  • Ibẹrẹ: Always turn on the inverter first, then activate the connected loads.
  • Paade: Always shut down the connected loads first, then turn off the inverter.

3.2 Output Source Priority Configuration

The inverter allows you to configure the priority of power sources for your loads. This setting can typically be adjusted via the LCD interface.

Diagram illustrating Utility First and Solar First output priority modes. Utility First uses grid power primarily, solar as backup. Solar First uses solar power primarily, grid as backup.
Figure 3.1: Output Source Priority Options
  • Utility First (Default): The inverter will prioritize power from the utility grid to supply the loads. Solar power will only be used to power the loads when utility power is unavailable.
  • Oòrùn Àkọ́kọ́: Solar energy is the primary power source for the loads. If solar energy is insufficient to power all connected loads, the utility grid will supply power simultaneously. If both solar energy and utility power are unavailable, or if solar energy is insufficient and utility power is not available, the loads will not receive power.
