Before first use, ensure all packaging materials are removed and the appliance is clean. Wash all non-electric parts thoroughly before assembly.
- Place the glass bowl securely on a flat, stable surface.
- Carefully place the 4-blade stainless steel assembly onto the central pin inside the glass bowl. Ensure it is seated correctly.
- Add your desired ingredients into the glass bowl. Do not exceed the maximum fill line (500g capacity).
- Place the motor unit on top of the glass bowl, aligning it properly. The motor unit should sit firmly on the bowl, engaging with the blade assembly.

The Cecotec Chopbeat 2000 Vindaloo offers two speed settings for versatile food preparation.
- Ensure the chopper is properly assembled and plugged in.
- Place your hand firmly on top of the motor unit.
- Press down on the desired speed button (1 or 2) located on the top of the motor unit to start chopping.
- Iyara 1: For softer ingredients or coarser chopping.
- Iyara 2: For harder ingredients, finer chopping, or crushing ice.
- Chop in short pulses for better control and to achieve desired consistency. For continuous operation, hold the button down.

- For crushing ice, use Speed 2 and chop in short bursts until the desired consistency is achieved.
- Unplug the appliance from the power outlet before disassembling and removing ingredients.
