3. Eto Itọsọna

3.1. Agbara lori / Paa

  • To power on, press and hold the power button (usually on the side) until the screen lights up.
  • To power off, press and hold the power button, then select "Power Off" on the screen.

For online translation and updates, connect the device to a network.

  1. From the main screen, navigate to "Settings".
  2. Select "Wi-Fi" or "Hotspot".
  3. Choose your desired network and enter the password if prompted.
  4. Ensure the Wi-Fi icon appears in the status bar to confirm connection.

3.3. System Language Selection

You can change the device's interface language to one of the 18 supported system languages.

  1. Go to "Settings" from the main menu.
  2. Find "Language" or "System Language".

3.4. Bluetooth Headphone Pairing

Connect Bluetooth headphones for private translation or music playback.

  1. Enable Bluetooth on your headphones and put them in pairing mode.
  2. On the translator, go to "Settings" and select "Bluetooth".

  4. Select your headphones from the list to pair.

4.1. Voice Translation (Online/Offline)

The device supports both online and offline voice translation. Online translation offers a wider range of languages (142), while offline translation (18 languages) is useful without network access.

  1. From the main screen, select "Online Translation" or "Offline Translation".

  3. Press and hold the microphone button for your language, speak clearly, then release. The translated text will appear on the screen and be spoken aloud.

4.2. Fọto Translation

Translate text from signs, menus, or documents by taking a picture.

  1. Select "Photo Translation" from the main menu.

  3. Tap the screen to focus and press the capture button.
  4. The translated text will be displayed on the screen.

4.3. Igbakana Itumọ

For real-time, face-to-face conversations, use the simultaneous interpretation mode.

  1. Select "Simultaneous Interpretation" from the main menu.
  2. Ensure both participants speak clearly and at a moderate pace.
  3. The device will automatically detect and translate speech between the selected languages.

4.4. Recording Translation

Record audio and then translate the recorded content for later review.

  1. Select "Recording Translation" from the main menu.
  2. Tap the record button to start recording.
  3. Tap again to stop.

4.5. Other Practical Tools

The translator includes several useful tools:
