1. Fifi sori batiri

The Minolta Maxxum 9000 requires two 1.5V AA batteries or a single 6V lithium battery (2CR5 type) for operation.

Turn the main power switch to the "ON" position. The LCD panel on the top of the camera (Figure 1) will illuminate, displaying current settings.

2. Setting Exposure Mode

Rotate the mode dial on the top of the camera (Figure 1) to select your desired exposure mode:

  • P (Eto Aifọwọyi): Camera sets both aperture and shutter speed automatically.
  • A (Oju Iho): O ṣeto iho, kamẹra ṣeto iyara oju.
  • S (Iṣaju Shutter): O ṣeto iyara oju, kamẹra ṣeto iho.
  • M (Afowoyi): O ṣeto mejeeji iho ati iyara oju.

3. Fojusi

The Maxxum 9000 features autofocus.

  1. Wo nipasẹ awọn viewfinder and compose your shot.
  2. Press the shutter button halfway down. The camera will automatically focus on your subject. A focus confirmation indicator will appear in the viewfinder when focus is achieved.
  3. For manual focus, switch the lens to MF (Manual Focus) mode and rotate the focusing ring on the lens until the image in the viewfinder is sharp.

4. Yiya aworan kan

Once focused and exposure settings are confirmed, press the shutter button fully down to take the picture. The camera will automatically advance the film to the next frame.
