4. Eto
4.1 Attaching the Chuck
The drill may ship with the chuck detached. To attach the chuck:
- Ensure the drill is disconnected from the air supply.
- Locate the chuck and the spindle. The spindle thread is 3/8-24.
- If a retaining screw is present inside the chuck, remove it using a Torx T25 bit. Note that this is a left-hand thread screw.
- Thread the chuck onto the spindle by hand until it is snug.
- Insert the retaining screw (if applicable) and tighten it securely.
- Use the provided chuck key to open and close the chuck jaws.
