If the meter does not function correctly, review awọn iṣoro ti o wọpọ wọnyi:
- Display shows "LE.AD": This typically indicates that the test leads are connected to the current input jacks (A, mA/µA) but the rotary dial is set to a non-current function (e.g., Voltage, Resistance). Correct the lead connection or rotary dial setting.
- Display shows "0.000" or no reading:
- Ensure the meter is powered on and batteries are not low.
- Verify test leads are properly inserted and making good contact.
- Check if the correct function and range are selected for the measurement.
- In current modes, a blown fuse will result in no reading. Refer to Section 5.3 for fuse replacement.
- For resistance/continuity, ensure the circuit is de-energized.
- Inconsistent or erratic readings:
- Check for loose test lead connections at both the meter and the circuit.
- Rii daju pe awọn batiri ko kere.
