    Place the cuvette containing the unreacted sample into the Checker HC's holder and close the cap.

  4. Zero the Instrument:

    Press the button. The display will show "ADD C2" when the instrument is zeroed.

  5. Mura Sample C2 (Reacted Sample):

    Remove the cuvette. Add the specified amount of HI755-series reagent to the sample in the cuvette, as per the reagent instructions. Cap the cuvette and gently invert it several times to mix. Wait for the reaction time specified in the reagent instructions (typically 1 minute).

  6. Fi Sample C2:

    Wipe the reacted cuvette thoroughly with a lint-free cloth and place it back into the Checker HC's holder. Close the cap.
