5.1 Preheating
- Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. The red power indicator light will illuminate.
- Turn the temperature control dial to your desired setting.
- Close the grill lid and allow the grill to preheat. The green ready indicator light will illuminate when the grill has reached the set temperature.
5.2 Yiyan
- Once the green ready light illuminates, carefully open the grill lid using the handle.
- Place your food onto the lower grill plate. You may lightly brush the plates with cooking oil if desired, though the ceramic coating is non-stick.
- Close the lid. The floating hinge design allows the upper grill plate to adapt to the thickness of your food, ensuring even cooking.
- Grill for the recommended time or until your food is cooked to your preference.
- Periodically check the food. Use heat-resistant, non-metallic utensils to avoid damaging the non-stick coating.

5.3 Using as a Table Grill (Open Position)
