For remote control, download the Lenz Heat App on your smartphone. Follow the app's instructions to pair your rcB1800 lithium packs via Bluetooth 4.0. This allows for continuous temperature regulation from your device.

To turn on the battery pack, press and hold the power button on the pack until the indicator lights illuminate. To turn off, press and hold the power button again until the lights turn off.

Recharge the lithium packs using the provided USB charger. The charging display will show the current charge status. Always ensure the battery packs are dry before charging.

- Check if the battery packs are turned on and set to a heat level above 0.
- Ensure the garment itself is functioning correctly.
